Job Description

We are seeking skilled and experienced Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain machinery to produce premium leather goods, ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency in the production process.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various shoe manufacturing machines.
• Monitor production processes for quality assurance.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document production activities and report discrepancies.
• Assist in the development of production schedules.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in manufacturing or trade qualifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in machinery operation

Languages
