• Develop and refine mould designs for grid production.
• Ensure all moulds meet specified production standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on moulding equipment.
• Work closely with the quality control team to monitor product standards.
• Prepare production reports and documents accurately.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues with machinery.
• Suggest enhancements to production processes for efficiency.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
• Assist with material handling and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

• Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Moulding and Foundry)
• Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) certification
• Attention to detail Ability to focus on the precise aspects of mould designs and processes.
• Manual dexterity Quality of handling tools and equipment efficiently.
• Computer-aided design (CAD) software Familiarity with software used for designing moulds.
• Team collaboration Skilled in working effectively within a close-knit team environment.
• Problem-solving Ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
• Adaptability Willingness to adjust to changing demands and environments.
• Forklift license
• English (Fluent)
