Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Paper Grader who will be responsible for grading exam papers and assignments across a diverse range of subjects. The successful candidate will provide actionable feedback and maintain accurate records, contributing to the academic success of our students.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and grade students' papers, essays, and written assignments following established grading rubrics.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students on ways they can improve their writing skills.
  • Communicate with students regarding grades and feedback.
  • Collaborate with faculty members on curriculum development and assessment.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' grades and progress.
  • Attend faculty meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of Academics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Plagiarism detection tools
Soft Skills
  • Effective feedback
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience in online education settings: Previous experience in an online education environment or teaching remotely.
  • Knowledge of educational software: Familiarity with educational software and technology integration in classrooms.
