Responsibilities

• Oversee the creative development of new circus acts.
• Manage daily operations and performance logistics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance show visibility.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to performers and crew members.
• Ensure all performances run smoothly and address any issues during shows.
• Facilitate communication between different departments.
• Monitor audience feedback and report to the management.
• Organize promotional events and community outreach activities.
• Manage the safety protocols for animal performers, if applicable.
• Evaluate show performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Circus Arts, Entertainment Management, or a related field
• Certification in project management is advantageous

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in circus or entertainment management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
