Job Description

As a Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting compressed natural gas across various locations. The ideal candidate should possess a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and have experience driving large trucks, ensuring cargo is delivered efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate a heavy vehicle for gas transport.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate logs of gas delivery and vehicle maintenance.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent service.
• Follow safety protocols while loading and unloading gas cylinders.
• Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
• Report any incidents or accidents to the management immediately.
• Participate in training on safety practices and equipment handling.
• Maintain effective communication with the dispatch team regarding routes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma

Experience

• 3+ years of experience driving large trucks

Technical Skills

• Heavy Vehicle Operation
• Vehicle Maintenance Knowledge

Certifications

Languages
