Job Description

As a Commercial Pilot, you will conduct test flights to evaluate aircraft performance and safety. The role involves paying close attention to aerodynamics, handling characteristics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Flight Test Engineers to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of flight testing processes.
• Train junior pilots and maintenance personnel on flight test procedures.
• Assist in the development of safety and emergency protocols for flight testing.
• Actively participate in safety audits and compliance checks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation or Engineering
• Airline Transport Pilot's License (ATPL) is a plus

Experience

• Experience as a test pilot is preferred.
