Responsibilities

• Help with patient assessments and evaluate their needs.
• Support patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Setup and maintain therapy equipment.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient treatment sessions.
• Provide emotional support to patients during therapy.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members.
• Engage in continuous training to enhance skills.
• Assist in administrative tasks when required.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Therapist Assistant or similar role is preferred.

• Strong communication skills

Certifications

• Current registration with AHPRA
• First Aid and CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
