Responsibilities

• Research and prepare content for shows, including scripts and interview questions.
• Monitor and control technical aspects of broadcasts.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth execution of programs.
• Engage with the audience through interactive segments.
• Maintain a strong online presence to attract a larger audience.
• Create promotional materials and communicate station events.
• Identify potential interview subjects and segments.
• Assist in training new team members in broadcasting techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in related fields is preferred.

Experience

• Experience in hosting live events or interviews is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social)

Soft Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Creativity in content presentation.

Languages

• English: Fluent
