Responsibilities

  • Operate and oversee chuck machinery for meat processing.
  • Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production cycle.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production strategies.
  • Keep the work environment clean and orderly, following health protocols.
  • Work closely with supervisors to improve processes and outputs.
  • Assist in training new employees on equipment handling.
  • Handle and resolve minor technical issues with machinery.
  • Record and report production metrics regularly.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety.
