Job Description

We are searching for dedicated Mental Health and Substance Abuse Social Workers to join our team. You will play a vital role in providing crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing mental health crises. Your expertise will help foster recovery and resilience within communities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of crisis situations involving mental health issues.
  • Develop crisis response strategies in collaboration with affected individuals and families.
  • Provide guidance and support during emergency interventions to ensure safety.
  • Implement trauma-informed care principles in all client interactions.
  • Foster collaboration with community agencies for resource referrals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention strategies and adjust as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related discipline
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in mental health or substance use fields
