We are seeking a dedicated First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers to oversee our dynamic wastewater management team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our sewer systems and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the work of production and operating teams.
• Enforce compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Evaluate work processes and implement improvements as necessary.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain a strong team dynamic through effective leadership.
• Assist in the coordination of shift schedules and staffing.
• Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews for team members.
• Collaborate with engineering staff on project implementation.
• Review operational reports and performance data.
• Respond to emergency situations and ensure swift resolution.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field

Experience

• Experience in supervisory roles within the wastewater management sector is preferred.
