Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site training and assessments at wastewater treatment plants across NSW.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to trainees to enhance technical skills.
• Innovate new training materials that cater to different learning styles.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in wastewater treatment.
• Support apprentices and trainees in their professional development.
• Collaborate with management to align training programs with company goals.
• Organise workshops and seminars for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in training and development
