Responsibilities

• Prepare dough according to recipes and ensure proper mixing.
• Form bagels and manage the boiling and baking processes.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products.
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and manage stock supplies.
• Support fellow team members in various tasks as needed.
• Engage with customers to enhance their café experience.
• Maintain sanitation standards and cleanliness of work area.

Requirements

Education

• Food Handling Certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a bakery or kitchen environment is highly regarded.

Technical Skills

• Pastry skills
• Familiarity with oven operations

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• First Aid Certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent
