As a Brim Curler, you will play a crucial role in our production team by curling brims of hats to meet customer specifications. Your expertise with specialized equipment and attention to detail will contribute to the high-quality finishes that define our brand. You will collaborate closely with designers and the production team to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Consistently curl hat brims to meet specific design requests.
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures during production.
• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Maintain records of production output and any issues encountered.
• Utilize specialized equipment effectively and safely.
• Support other team members in the production process as necessary.
• Seek ways to improve efficiency in the brimming process.
• Engage with the design team to align on new styles and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Fashion Design or a related field
• Any additional industry-related certifications are highly regarded

Experience

• Experience in customizing hats for individual clients is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with sewing machines and tools
• Knowledge of different hat materials
