Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Telecommunications Equipment Installer and Repairer to enhance our installation team. The successful applicant will be responsible for installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure telecommunications networks for clients.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on telecommunications devices.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation and maintenance processes.
• Keep detailed records of service work and client interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and share knowledge on best practices.
• Support the rollout of new technologies and upgrades.
• Assist in resolving network issues and ensure service continuity.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate or diploma in electronics or telecommunications
• Relevant technical certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications installation or maintenance
