Job Description

As a General and Operations Manager, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and quality assurance of telecommunications wiring networks. This role requires an exceptional leader who can manage teams effectively and drive operational excellence within our organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Create and oversee operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues brought forth by team members.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of different teams and projects.
  • Assist in the hiring process by evaluating candidates for technical roles.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to inform operational strategies.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Implement best practices for project management and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with external partners as necessary to maximize service offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the telecommunications industry
