Responsibilities

• Install and configure telecommunications equipment.
• Conduct regular maintenance on communication systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance.
• Document all processes and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in the planning and deployment of new telecom projects.
• Stay updated with the latest telecommunications technology.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Telecommunications
• Diploma in Telecommunications or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in telecommunications

Technical Skills

• Fibre Optics Installation
• Network Troubleshooting
• VoIP Systems
• Telecommunication Protocols

Soft Skills

• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with LTE and 5G technology: Knowledge of modern telecommunication technologies such as LTE and 5G.
