Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Car Inspection and Repair Manager to oversee our vehicle maintenance and repair operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of mechanics, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our fleet, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all vehicle inspection and repair processes.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed accurately and on time.
• Develop policies to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Train and develop a team of technicians and mechanics.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding services and repairs.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies for potential integration into operations.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in automotive mechanics
• Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in automotive repair and previous management experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience with computerized diagnostic tools
• Strong customer service skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
