Responsibilities

• Execute aesthetic treatments with precision and care.
• Consult clients on skincare needs and follow up on their progress.
• Ensure all equipment and products are well-maintained and stocked.
• Foster a friendly and inviting atmosphere for clients.
• Engage in community outreach and promotional events.
• Attend regular team meetings to collaborate on service improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
• Diploma in Aesthetic Therapy is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of working in a spa or clinic environment

Technical Skills

• Facial treatments
• Waxing and hair removal

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Advanced Skin Analysis Certification
• CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in makeup application: Skilled in applying makeup for various occasions and events.
