Job Description

In the role of Molder, Shaper, and Caster, you will be responsible for producing high-quality cast products used in diverse applications from automotive to aerospace. You'll operate casting equipment, prepare molds, and ensure all outputs meet strict customer specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will play a crucial role in our production process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire casting process from mold preparation to final inspections.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment adhering to OH&S standards.
• Evaluate and improve casting techniques to boost productivity.
• Work with technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Assist in the design of casting molds and patterns.
• Coordinate with suppliers for materials and tooling needs.
• Document production metrics and provide insights for management.
• Support other manufacturing operations as needed.

Requirements

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in the metal casting industry.
