Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shoe Machine Operator and Tender to join our production team in Melbourne. This role involves operating advanced machinery to manufacture footwear, ensuring that every finished product meets our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the shoe production line and ensure optimal workflow.
• Maintain records of production output and machine maintenance.
• Assist with inventory management of raw materials.
• Communicate effectively with other departments regarding production schedules.
• Implement improvements in the production line for quality enhancement.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Appropriate certification in machine operation is advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience in a production environment, specifically in footwear manufacturing, is preferred.
