Job Description

As a Hammer Setter at Dynamic Metalworks, you will be responsible for setting up and adjusting pneumatic hammers to forge metal components. A strong mechanical aptitude is essential, along with the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pneumatic hammers to forge various metal products.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the machinery is running smoothly.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Optimize hammer settings for different forging operations.
• Ensure all safety measures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience with pneumatic hammers preferred
