We are on the lookout for a skilled Model Maker to join our creative team. This role will involve crafting product samples according to specifications, collaborating closely with designers and production teams. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.

Responsibilities

• Utilize industry-standard tools and equipment for sample making.
• Foster strong relationships with team members across departments.
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and tools.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Train new team members in best practices for sample production.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Fashion Design or relevant field will be considered a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in textile production or related roles

Technical Skills

• Pattern making and grading
• Experience with CAD software
• Prototyping techniques

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration
• Creativity

Advantageous

• Experience with product testing protocols: Familiarity with testing methods to ensure quality and durability of samples.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Ability to use Photoshop and InDesign for design purposes.
