Job Description

We are seeking skilled Molding, Coremaking, and Casting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to support our production team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of machine setups and operations, particularly in working with metal and plastic materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding and casting machines to produce high-quality products.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Inspect finished products for defects and report discrepancies.
• Work closely with team members to enhance production efficiency.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Assist in the setup and teardown of machinery as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in manufacturing or engineering is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting, specifically with molding and casting machines.

Technical Skills

• Machine Operation
• Blueprint Reading

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Forklift License (preferred)
• Safety and Health Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with CNC machinery: Familiarity with CNC programs is beneficial.
