Job Description

Join us as a First-Line Supervisor of Personal Service Workers where you will manage a team of Bellhops and ensure excellence in guest services. You will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation through effective supervisory skills and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Bellhops in delivering exceptional guest services.
  • Handle guest requests and ensure satisfaction through effective service coordination.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure adherence to service standards.
  • Facilitate training programs aimed at improving service delivery and staff skills.
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling and staff assignments.
  • Report any operational issues or guest concerns to management promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming entrance area for guests.
  • Foster strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
  • Implement guest feedback mechanisms to continually improve service quality.
  • Assist with special events and requests to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Cert IV in Hospitality or relevant experience
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 4+ years of supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
