Job Description

Join us as a Warehouse Pricing Clerk, where you'll be pivotal in ensuring accurate pricing and invoicing processes. This role requires collaboration with the warehouse team to maintain efficiency and accuracy in all operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update stock pricing in ERP systems.
  • Generate and distribute accurate invoices to clients.
  • Resolve pricing discrepancies and inquiries from customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline the pricing process.
  • Participate in monthly inventory reviews and assist with audits.
  • Assist in training new staff on pricing and invoicing procedures.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements for current pricing workflows.
  • Support the logistics team in fulfilling and processing orders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies.

Requirements

Education
  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
