Job Description

The Travel Agency Manager will oversee daily operations of the agency, managing travel consultants and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role includes developing and implementing effective strategies to boost sales while leading a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and marketing initiatives to grow agency revenue.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints effectively and promptly.
  • Train and onboard new staff members in company policies and travel products.
  • Develop marketing materials to promote travel packages.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align goals and share updates.
  • Analyze sales data to inform business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee online presence and social media marketing efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years in travel services and 2 years in management or supervisory roles.
