We are looking for a skilled Brewery Cellar Worker to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll assist in the brewing process, maintain equipment, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and quality control are met. You will play a vital part in production, from mashing and boiling to fermentation and carbonation. Responsibilities

• Support brewing operations by following established standard operating procedures.
• Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized after each use.
• Keep detailed records of production processes and quality checks.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing brewing equipment when necessary.
• Work closely with the production team to streamline operations.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and processes to ensure compliance with health standards.
• Assist with inventory checks and supply orders when required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in brewing or food safety are a plus.

Experience

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
