Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Veterinarian to join our Adelaide practice. You will be involved in diagnosing and treating a range of animal health issues, performing surgeries, and providing preventive care. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their families while working in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and emergency medical examinations.
  • Provide vaccinations and preventative care.
  • Assist in the clinic's sterilization and maintenance of medical equipment.
  • Guide clients in dietary recommendations for their pets.
  • Manage pharmacy tasks, including administering medications.
  • Develop client loyalty through exceptional service and education.
  • Promote a positive work environment among colleagues.
  • Evaluate and enhance patient care procedures.
  • Participate in clinic meetings and case discussions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc)
  • Full registration with the Veterinary Surgeons Board of South Australia
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a clinical veterinary setting
