Job Description

As a Rail Car Repairer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of locomotives, performing inspections, diagnostics, and repairs. Your technical skills will be vital in troubleshooting issues and ensuring that all safety protocols are met. Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve issues in locomotives through detailed inspections.
  • Implement repair solutions and perform adjustments to improve functionality.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with industry standards.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss maintenance strategies and best practices.
  • Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.

Requirements

Education
  • Completion of a relevant trade qualification in Locomotive Repair or similar field
Experience
  • Prior experience in locomotive maintenance and repair of at least 2-3 years is preferred.
Technical Skills
