Job Description

As a Field Service Representative, you will provide exceptional technical support to clients while ensuring the smooth operation of equipment. Your problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in dynamic environments will be crucial to our team's success.

Responsibilities

  • Offer on-site support to customers in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Conduct installations and configurations of company products.
  • Ensure documentation of all service tasks and resolutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends relevant to equipment serviced.
  • Maintain communication with the team for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing customer requirements.
  • Train staff and clients on new products and updates.
  • Contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant technical qualification in IT or Engineering
  • Certifications in PLC or robotics are highly regarded
Experience
  • 2+ years’ experience handling technical equipment in the field
