Responsibilities

  • Monitor the performance of telecommunication systems and make improvements.
  • Respond to service outages and address customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with engineers on new installations and upgrades.
  • Maintain logs of telephone line performance and inspections.
  • Participate in health and safety training sessions.
  • Work on-call when necessary, responding to emergencies.
  • Document any technical issues encountered and solutions provided.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and organized worksite.
  • Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate in Telecommunications or related field
Experience
