Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough risk assessments for new insurance applications.
• Utilise underwriting software to assess coverage needs and pricing.
• Work with claims teams to understand emerging risk patterns.
• Communicate underwriting guidelines effectively to internal clients.
• Review and modify underwriting procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Evaluate potential fraud indicators and escalate findings as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

Experience

• 2+ years of underwriting experience preferred
