Production Worker

Job Description

We are on the lookout for dedicated Production Workers to join our vibrant manufacturing team. As a Production Worker, you'll operate machinery to fabricate plastic products while adhering to strict safety and quality protocols.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machinery issues as they arise.
• Assist in training new employees on production protocols.
• Optimize production line operations for efficiency.
• Implement improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and productivity.
• Report to the Production Manager on daily activities.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in machinery operation preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of ISO standards: Experience with ISO 9001 standards for quality management.
