Job Description

We're on the lookout for skilled Metal Workers and Plastic Workers who can join our dedicated production team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating complex machinery to create high-quality fabrics and materials. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot will be vital in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Set production schedules and coordinate workflow with other departments.
• Evaluate production outcomes and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Develop skills in operating advanced weaving technology.
• Assist management in troubleshooting operational inefficiencies.
• Participate in regular safety and training sessions.
• Utilise problem-solving skills to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff for repairs and servicing.
• Provide feedback on product designs for enhanced manufacturability.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical Diploma or relevant vocational training

Experience

• 3+ years in fabrication or textile production

Technical Skills

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
