As a Hot Dog Vendor, you will operate a food cart, serving gourmet hot dogs and snacks to our customers in vibrant locations across Melbourne. Responsibilities

• Cook and serve high-quality hot dogs and side items.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards in preparation and service.
• Engage positively with customers to create a welcoming environment.
• Clean and organize the food cart daily to ensure operational efficiency.
• Keep track of inventory and stock supplies as required.
• Promote daily specials and new menu items to customers.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Work with a diverse team to enhance overall customer experience.
• Resolve any issues that arise during service expediently.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving service quality.

Advantageous

• Customer Relationship Management: Experience in managing customer relationships is beneficial.
