Job Description

As a Corrective and Manual Arts Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic interventions and creative activities to clients experiencing physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges. Your work will focus on enhancing client wellbeing through engaging art-based therapies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and suitable interventions.
  • Encourage clients' self-expression and creativity to facilitate recovery.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary modifications.
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary planning to achieve comprehensive client care.
  • Take part in workshops and training sessions to advance professional skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Art Therapy or related discipline
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with clients with disabilities
