Join our dynamic team as a Briner! In this role, you will be responsible for the seasoning and preservation of a wide range of products. We’re looking for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and has a keen interest in creating delicious food items.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes for brining.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Follow safety and sanitation protocols diligently.
  • Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
  • Document production data and maintain records.
  • Engage in team meetings to discuss improvements and product variations.

Requirements

Education
  • Tertiary qualification in Food Science or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • Experience in a similar role or food production environment is highly advantageous.
Technical Skills
  • Understanding of food processing techniques
Soft Skills
  • Effective communication skills

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with food production equipment: Experience using brining, pickling, and curing equipment.
  • Knowledge of local food regulations: Understanding local regulations in food production and handling.
