Job Description

As a Logistics Manager at Logistics Solutions Pty Ltd, you'll play a critical role in overseeing our logistics operations from Swan Hill. Your expertise will optimise supply chain processes, manage transportation logistics, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics planning initiatives and implement solutions for process improvements.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and carriers.
• Monitor logistics technology systems for efficiency and integration.
• Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments and documentation.
• Prepare forecasts based on market trends to improve inventory management.
• Drive sustainability initiatives within logistics operations.
• Participate in project management for logistics-related projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant certifications in logistics management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
