Job Description

The Endless Track Vehicle Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of endless track vehicles in various job sites. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in the safe operation of endless track vehicles.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in accordance with established guidelines.
• Act as a liaison between management and field teams to facilitate operations.
• Evaluate and optimize operational procedures for better efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions for the team on vehicle handling and safety practices.
• Prepare reports on vehicle and team performance for management review.
• Maintain compliance with corporate safety protocols and regulations.
• Coordinate with other supervisory staff to align on project objectives.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.
