Job Description

We are on the lookout for Automotive and Watercraft Service Attendants who are experienced in maintaining and repairing vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical systems, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of each vehicle before and after use.
• Perform welding and fabrication as required for repairs.
• Manage and oversee the use of tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Provide expert advice on vehicle performance improvements to management.
• Assist in the training of apprentices and new staff.
• Ensure timely service action and communicate effectively with logistics.
• Maintain a stock inventory of essential parts and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics (Heavy Vehicle)

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in vehicle inspection and maintenance, particularly with tankers.

Certifications

• MR or HR Truck Licence
• Advanced First Aid Certificate

Languages
