We are seeking a Management Analyst to enhance our operational processes by analyzing our systems and recommending strategies for improvement. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of operations to formulate strategies for enhancement.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to align technologies with operational goals.
• Monitor and report on key operational metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational changes.
• Assist management in preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Evaluate external vendors and service providers as necessary.
• Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
• Participate in strategy sessions to align operational improvements with company goals.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant certification in Operations Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Management Analyst or related role
