The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, recruitment strategies, and compliance with labour laws. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and ensuring the success of our teams.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute HR policies that drive organisational performance.
  • Recruit top talent and manage the onboarding experience effectively.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues with discretion.
  • Direct performance appraisal systems to promote personal and professional development.
  • Ensure HR compliance and proper record-keeping in accordance with regulations.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace atmosphere.
  • Assess employee engagement levels and address concerns proactively.
  • Organise regular training sessions to facilitate employee growth.
  • Oversee HR administrative functions effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
