The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers in fishing and hunting activities, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience. Ideal candidates will possess a strong passion for the outdoors and have experience in these activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip briefings on safety measures and equipment usage.
• Assist customers with acquiring fishing and hunting licenses, if necessary.
• Help with reservations and scheduling of outdoor activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all activities run smoothly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fishing and hunting areas.
• Promote sustainable fishing and hunting practices.
• Provide recommendations for local fishing and hunting spots.
• Assist in marketing efforts, including sharing experiences on social media.
• Monitor and report the inventory of equipment and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced certifications in outdoor recreation preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in recreational guiding

Technical Skills

• Expertise in fishing techniques
• Knowledge of local flora and fauna

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Wildlife Conservation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
