Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join our vibrant team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients, managing chronic illnesses, and supporting preventative care initiatives within the community.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ health conditions and develop treatment strategies.
• Guide patients on lifestyle changes to improve health outcomes.
• Coordinate with allied health professionals for holistic care.
• Provide mental health support and referrals as necessary.
• Engage in community wellness initiatives and outreach programs.
• Document and report any significant changes in patient condition.
• Contribute to the clinic’s quality improvement activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
• Postgraduate qualifications in general practice preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in family medicine

Certifications

• Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP)
• Basic Life Support Certification
