Job Description

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), you will play a vital role in delivering respiratory care to patients. Your responsibilities will include developing care plans, administering treatments, and working collaboratively with our medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and adjust respiratory care plans.
• Evaluate patient's respiratory care needs and respond accordingly.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding respiratory care.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Ventilation
• CPAP/BiPAP Management

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with mechanical ventilation: Expertise in the operation and management of mechanical ventilators.
