Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Camera Operator to operate unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) for television, video, and film projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency with UAV technology and a deep understanding of aviation safety principles.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize UAS technology to capture high-quality aerial footage.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on UAV systems.
  • Oversee the operation of UAVs ensuring safety regulations are met.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports and flight logs to management.
  • Train and mentor new team members in UAV operations.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and flight regulations.
  • Adapt flight techniques to suit various filming scenarios.
  • Contribute creatively to project discussions with insights from aerial perspectives.
  • Foster an environment of safety and adherence to guidelines.
  • Assist in planning and executing aerial survey missions.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant qualifications in UAV operations or Film Production
Experience
  • At least two years of experience operating UAVs in a professional environment.
