Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Racing Secretary to manage the logistics of racing events and ensure that all regulations are followed meticulously. This role requires comprehensive organizational skills and a passion for the racing industry.
Responsibilities
Lead the logistics of racing events and manage event schedules.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure event success.
Oversee the coordination of logistics with officials and staff.
Ensure documentation and record-keeping standards are maintained.
Facilitate training sessions for new staff members on event protocols.
Manage relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.
Conduct post-event analysis to improve future operations.
Monitor compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
Assist in the promotion of racing events to increase visibility.
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance event experiences.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field
Postgraduate qualifications in event management would be an asset

3+ years of experience in the racing or events industry
