Job Description

We are on the lookout for an organised and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, assisting in managing real estate files, processing documentation, and maintaining correspondence.

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain and organise real estate listings and documentation.
  • Support agents with client inquiries and communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials.
  • Input and manage data into real estate management software.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for property inspections.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Train new team members on administrative processes.
  • Assist in planning and organising company events.
  • Provide support in managing the office environment.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Certificate in real estate or business administration preferred
Experience
  • Experience with real estate transactions is advantageous.
