Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Assist in creating and formatting presentations.
  • Draft and reply to correspondence as needed.
  • Manage scheduling conflicts and changes efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage incoming communications.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
